My wife and I are dual military with her stationed in the DC area and me stationed overseas and we were looking for a house for our next assignment in the Tidewater area. We were working with another local realtor who we felt just didn't understand our needs and wasn't good at communicating with us. My wife met Courtney at an open house and liked how enthusiastic she was and that she was former military and understood what we needed. I sent an email to Courtney to introduce myself and sent her a few local listings to show her what we were looking for. Within the next few hours we had multiple videos walking through those exact houses. It completely blew me away, especially considering our experience with the other realtor. Over the next month Courtney was persistent in showing us all of the houses we were interested in and worked with us through multiple offers. Her knowledge on the market in the Tidewater area and her ability to navigate us through the finer points of buying were superb. Being halfway around the world I always felt like Courtney was available at all hours, her communication was outstanding! I highly recommend Courtney as a realtor to anyone looking in the area; she truly understood our military commitments and she went out of the way to assist and ensure that we were taken care of and represented in our absence. We are excited to be homeowners in the Tidewater area and have Courtney to thank for that! 10/10 service!

I am in search of looking for a home and I reach out to this realtor Mrs.Courtney Andrews and I must say she is doing a fantastic job of trying to find my husband and I exactly what we are looking for. She response back right away she quick at trying to find exactly what u are looking for! Once u give her an idea of what u want or looking for she jumps right on it. I’m glad I made the decision to work with this realtor I know she is going to continue to do her best to find us exactly what we are looking for!!!!
