Courtney Dunstan

Courtney, from Greensboro to Raleigh to Kansas City to Atlanta to Durham, has experienced numerous relocations involving homes, family, and more. She has discovered that having the right person beside her, along with enough boxes, while exploring, dreaming, and deciding, makes all the difference.

With a pre-real estate background in music education and ministry, as well as in the nonprofit world working with refugees, Courtney's passion lies in people. She is prepared to be the person serving and standing with others, negotiating, and fighting hard for their needs. Proud to call Durham home, Courtney sees it as a special place—a community of entrepreneurs, allies, advocates, artists, teachers, mentors, and leaders. She is honored to be the guide in this great and growing city for individuals wherever they find themselves.
