At any time and on any day, you can contact Courtney very easily to view a house and get any kind of advice. Courtney will arrange for you to view the house on Christmas Eve if you need it. Courtney is always on your side, both in arranging and conducting inspections and in negotiating price. We just can't say enough good things about working with Courtney! We were making the transition from New York to Maryland so not able to make it to see a house in person. She went the very next day to tour the house for us and did a virtual walk through which was so appreciated. She put up with us changing our minds on 3 different houses without any signs of impatience or frustration. She was always cheerful, positive and supportive and walked us through every little detail as many times as needed. I wish we could buy houses more often just to have the experience of working with her! She is amazing and recommend her to anyone looking for a warm, caring and knowledgable realtor!
