About Courtney

Courtney Kattengell is a wife to Mark Kattengell (high school sweetheart) and mother to Madeline and Juliette, and Stella Luna, the family's favorite goldendoodle. As a graduate of St. Mary's Dominican High School and UNO, she embarked on her adult life as a middle school teacher. Seven years later, she decided to make a career change and forged a way for herself in the New Orleans real estate market. Beginning at Gardner in 2006, and then at Keller Williams from 2011-2019, she and her business partner, Tiffany Riddle, opened TCK Property Marketplace in 2020. TCK operated as a boutique real estate brokerage in the heart of Old Gretna. As of 2022, Courtney now serves as an associate broker of McEnery Residential's newest location in Old Gretna. Courtney is typically described by others as a goal-oriented and loyal social butterfly. Courtney would describe herself as a fun-loving, sarcastic girl who loves a laugh and a wine, together or separately, with others, or all by herself.
