Courtney has lived in the Burbank area since 2012 and has been selling real estate in the Los Angeles
area since 2015. She was born and raised in Southeast Texas and holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism
from the University of North Texas. She started her real estate career working with one of Burbank's top
teams before going out as a solo agent in 2020. Courtney has an incredible love for her family and that's
how she makes her clients feel, like family. Courtney has prided herself in growing her business through
referrals from friends and past clients by always going above and beyond and making each client valued
and well cared for.
Eric joined Dilbeck Real Estate over 22 years ago. After being a Branch Manager in the Burbank office for
7 years he dedicated himself to doing what he always loved most and that is helping individuals with
their real estate needs. He was the 2013 President of the Burbank Association of Realtors and a Director
with the California Association of Realtors. He was awarded the 2012 Realtor of the year by the Burbank
Association. In 2021 Eric received the prestigious Raymond T Dilbeck Award. These distinctions were
voted on by his fellow Realtor members or appointed by the owner of Dilbeck Realtors. They put their
