About Courtney

Born in Illinois but moved to Bartlesville when she was two, Courtney considers herself a “Bartian”! After graduating from Bartlesville High School, she joined the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor at the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!). By way of banking and dirt selling, she has worked the past decade at Oklahoma Wesleyan University most currently serving as the Director of Academic Advising, Enrollment Services & Operations in the Graduate & Professional Studies sector. Every occupation she has pursued since college has been sales based which is why real estate makes sense as a career choice.

Courtney has a passion for the Bartlesville community and its surrounding communities. In 2013 she was nominated by her peers in the Bartlesville community to receive the Rising Star award for outstanding leadership, professionalism, and passion for making Bartlesville a better place to live, work and play. She was recognized as one of Bartlesville’s 40 under 40 in 2014 and she graduated the Leadership Bartlesville program, class XXIII. She served six years on the Samaritan Counseling and Growth Center’s board of directors; in that time, she chaired the Daughters of Lot fundraiser for four years, participated on the planning committee for three additional years and served on the Samaritan Sports Spectacular planning committee for six years. In previous years she has been a member of the Young Professionals of Bartlesville board of directors as Social Chair and Communications Chair, served on Woolarocs’ Cow Thieves & Outlaws Reunion committee, participated in the Arts & Architecture subcommittee of the Quality of Life committee which was spurred on by the Angelou Economics study and in 2014 she spent months decorating her home for the Bartlesville Civic Ballet Christmas Home Tour.

Since becoming a realtor in 2016, Kelley Lawrence and Courtney have been an award-winning team! They were awarded the Berkshire Hathaway’s Leading-Edge Society in 2016 and the Chairman’s Circle Gold for 2017 and 2018. In 2019 they were one of four to win an award for being in the McGraw Realtors $13 Million Club! They owe their success to their amazing clients who become friends or family if they weren’t already!

In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, stepson Boden and daughter Eleanor! Let her not forget to mention her two dogs that complete our family, Baxter and Bella! While working for McGraw Realtors as a sales agent is a “side” gig for her, she puts 100% of her heart and energy into the clients she gets the privilege to work with!
