Courtney is awesome. She did far more than she needed to help us. She helped my wife buy her house before we were married. She helped us sell that house after we married. She also helped us purchase our existing house which we love. We plan on moving when I retire in 7 to 10 years. Courtney is the only person we want to help us sell at that time.

I met Courtney on a Mom’s Facebook group in 2017 when I was asking for relator referrals. Since then she has helped us sell 3 homes and purchase 2. Courtney is very dedicated and knowledgeable! She has always been available to answer any questions and takes her time making sure we understand the process and any issues that may arise. Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with. She helped us sell our home but also so much more. She went above and beyond to help us get our home ready for showings and helped clean up overgrown areas of our property.

Courtney also made multiple trips to help us find the right place. We were relocating to a new area/county. We looked at properties to build on and she called the local government offices to make sure we knew what we would be getting into. Ultimately, we found the perfect house and her advice on how to make an offer in a competitive market helped us secure the home.
