My insurance agent here in Cameron Park CA referred me to Courtney Young because I wanted to buy a rental property in Reno NV. When I drove up to meet her to look at some properties I met a true professional. Courtney was highly organized and prepared to show me properties that fit my interests. I could tell she took good notes during our initial phone conversation. I purchased a 5 bedroom 3 bath property near the university and Courtney handled every detail until all the docs were signed. But what I loved the most about Courtney was her availability. She got back to me quickly whenever I called and If my rental had a problem she would take the time to line up a contractor for me. She went above and beyond at all times. Courtney is a once in a lifetime agent that I would like to highly recommend!
