Balancing my roles as a Special Education Teacher and High School Basketball coach for over two decades, I embarked on a continuous path of self-education and experiential learning in the realm of real estate investment.
My initial strategy revolved around employing the BRRRR method in Idaho Falls, gradually transitioning to managing short and mid-term rentals. Intrigued by the potential of short-term rentals, my wife, Kimberly, and I founded a property management company catering to this niche market. Prior to my real estate career, I engaged in virtual wholesaling across the South East United States, fostering invaluable connections with investors and Realtors that inspired my transition to becoming a Realtor myself.
On a personal note, my wife and I relish outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and exploring Island Park, Yellowstone, and nearby mountain trails. Skiing adventures at Kelly Canyon, Targhee, and Jackson Hole also hold a special place in our hearts. We cherish family time with our four boys and two girls, sharing a mutual love for outdoor pursuits and coastal escapades.
