Craig has been a Colorado resident for over 30+ years enjoying all that Colorado offers and Craig has been a licensed Broker since 2000. Helping Buyers find their new home or guiding Sellers in the sale of their existing residence one thing is clear ... Craig will do his best to make the entire experience go smooth for all involved. Craig's goal is to supply knowledgeable and accurate information, looking around the corner for issues before they become problems, and listening and understanding the needs and wants of clients.

At the Colorado Institute of Art, Craig achieved an Associate degree in advertising. This education emphasized the practical application of marketing skills which Craig successfully uses today to sell and market residential properties. Craig is a member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, and he holds two top Real Estate Broker designations: Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Craig owned a custom Design/Fabrication Sign company in Denver for many years and he knows customer care is a priority. Listening first and then communicating effectively is the key to understanding client wants and needs. Through his services his clients were able to grow successful and profitable businesses.
