Craig Townsend is a professional with over 31 years in real estate sales and lending experience covering all aspects of real estate transactions. He has a M.A. in Liberal Arts from CSU Sacramento, and a B.A. In Integrated Studies with a minor in physics from the same institution. He also holds an A.S. in Applied Sciences from American River College Sacramento, and a real estate brokers license in CA.
