About Crisann

I grew up in the Pacific Palisades, in West LA, California. I moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree.

I started Conroy's Insurance & Benefits in La Jolla. I worked with Individuals, Seniors and Small Businesses. I helped my clients with Health Insurance, Medicare Supplements, Pension Plans and Investments.

Several years ago, because of the exciting Real Estate Opportunities in the Las Vegas area, I became a Realtor in the Southern Nevada area. I list and sell homes in Las Vegas, Big Bear Lake, Summerlin, Green Valley, Henderson, and Pahrump. I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist, Resort & 2nd Home Certifification, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior's Real Estate Specialist and the Green Designations.

Due to extensive marketing of my listings, I often sell my own listings and pass on significant commission savings to my sellers.

Michael Reilly is my husband and we enjoy investing in Real Estate and renovating properties. He is a former Navy man. The real estate market in Las Vegas has been exciting and I enjoy helping others become first time home buyers. I work with many investors from around the world and help them take advantage of our fast moving real estate market and find great investments.

Chase Colburn is my son, who is attending University of Nevada Las Vegas. I look forward to working with College Students, coaching them to become first time home buyers!

Homes.com Review

Two years ago Crisann helped my Realtor in West L.A. sell my home. Then she helped me locate the perfect new home in Las Vegas. I have never been happier! I have a wonderful garden that all of my neighbors compliment me on and can drive to many places in my neighborhood. I would recommend her to everyone relocating to Las Vegas from any other state. She is the best!

I flew in from Denver to Las Vegas in December 2014 to find a rental home. Having only 3 days to find something. I contacted Crisann Conroy at RE/Max. 3 other parties were vying for the house that I like the best. Crisann went out of her way for me, and I got the house. Crisann is the absolute best in the business. You will not find a better real estate agent than her. She does whatever it takes to make deals happen without ever making you feel pressured. She protected us as buyers throughout the entire process. Crisann knows what you want before you even know what you want; she will not let you settle on something and will work with you around the clock until you find something you love. No one reads people better than Crisann does; she can tell immediately how you feel about a home and uses that information to pull homes that fit exactly what you want. She is incredibly knowledgable about real estate, costs, Las Vegas, etc... Crisann knows how to negotiate all costs and make things happen. Not to mention, she is an absolute BLAST to be around! I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is available any time you need and always answers your calls/texts/emails.
