What I love about Cristal is that she goes above and beyond in everything she does. I’m so thankful she was able to help us in such an important and exciting part of our lives. She made sure to answer every question we had and can’t forget about how patient she was through the entire process. Buying a house isn’t easy, wether it being the approval process or finding the perfect place to call “home.” My husband and I picked Yahaira and Cristal to work with when we thought we were ready to start our journey. It took us 3 different tries but our ladies never gave up on us. Yahaira gave us multiple options and suggested different approaches that would be better for us when one way wouldn’t go as planned. Cristal was ready with a new list of homes that met our expectations and always ready for showings not knowing our outcome. Never did either one give up or put us on the back burner. Each time we went back they greeted us with open arms and were ready to take on the process as if it were our first time again and again. We are extremely blessed the girls never lead us in the wrong direction and always figured out a new approach when we thought we hit a dead end. Not only do we love our new home but we got to work with some of the best in Oklahoma!
