I worked with Kyle as buyer and seller six years apart.
Kyle helped me bought this home in 2015. I was a first time buyer that time and I was located outside the states. Kyle made the whole process so easy and smooth - from negotiation to inspection, closing, etc.

Recently, Kyle helped me sell this home in less than a month. Kyle was able to facilitate a seamless sell experience virtually: staging, showing, counter offer, repair negotiation, closing, etc. Kyle kept me updated about every milestone. He makes sure everything is right by his client.

It was a great pleasure working with Kyle and I look forward the opportunity to work with him again in future.

I recognize that identifying an awesome real estate who you can completely trust to find you that new home is taxing. After a 1-year journey with Kyle and his wonderful wife, we finally closed on our beautiful home in San Diego late March. We met Kyle at our 1st viewing in spring of 2020, yes, the infamous Covid onset that added an additional layer of complexity, where I confidently learned that he is patience and honest, the 2 must have qualities in any agents. I felt that he approaches our purchasing decision as if he was the one buying that house with our preferences in mind. He is consistently objective and quick to point out relevant features. After our 1st viewing, Kyle did not pressure us in continuing to work with him nor did he propose additional homes. He recommended that we thoroughly reviewed listings online and let him know the one we love to view in person. Kyle is super responsive, accommodating and, best of all, did not interject with financial advice. Fast forward to about 25 houses viewed later, we closed on a beautiful home that has nearly 100% of the features we desired. This lovely ending would not have been possible if we were rushed into this life changing event with a non-ideal real estate agent. Kyle is down-to-earth who sincerely watches out for you. Needless to say, given the opportunity, we will certainly team up with Kyle and Cristian again. Thank you, Kyle and Cristian!

If you need a Realtor in the Greater San Diego County area then you MUST reach out to Crabb Realty. I have used them twice with hugely impressive results and bidding wars on homes.

Their team is amazing but Cristian is particularly impressive. The first time I worked with her she spent time ensuring all the details were correct down to picking the right photographer and ensuring every single picture was amazing. We ended with 7 offers and sold for significantly above asking price.

The second time I worked with Crabb Realty was, again, fantastic. Crabb Realty know the market really well and their advice was spot-on. The only time I didn't listen set us back 2 weeks (our house was empty and we elected not to stage it and use virtual staging against their advice). We later staged the house and received multiple offers and yet again sold for well above the asking price.

Crabb Realty saved me thousands and made me tens of thousands of dollars. They made the process as simple as possible.

If you need a Realtor you need to speak to them. Highly recommended.
