Cristina “Cris” Martinez (formerly Cris Cortes) is a faith-led real estate professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in the South Florida community where she was born and raised. As the Managing Broker for Worth Clark Realty – Florida Division, Cris is committed to guiding and mentoring agents while helping clients navigate real estate with excellence. With Worth Clark Realty operating in over 20 states, Cris ensures that even if she cannot directly assist, she connects clients with trusted partners who deliver the same exceptional service.

Cris also serves as Regional Director for Giannell Title, an attorney-owned title company. In this role, she works closely with Realtors, lenders, and homeowners to ensure transactions are handled with integrity, professionalism, and seamless execution. She leads with a servant heart, prioritizing the protection of her clients’ rights and investments—whether buying, selling, or refinancing.

Her internal team includes a dedicated in-house lender, offering immediate pre-approvals and expert guidance on mortgage options, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Cris specializes in working with distressed sellers, bringing compassion, expertise, and solutions to challenging situations such as foreclosure, probate, divorce, and unwanted properties. She is also highly experienced in residential and commercial sales, land sales, and leasing, offering a full-spectrum approach to real estate that meets the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

With a strong background as a Certified Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Paralegal, Cris brings specialized knowledge in short sales and complex transactions. She also holds a designation as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and has years of experience in property management and the real estate legal industry, giving her a unique advantage when advocating for her clients.

Currently serving as a Florida Realtors Director, Cris is passionate about mentoring new agents—raising up the next generation of leaders in real estate with strong values, servant leadership, and client-first service.
