About Cristy

Living in the Tampa Bay area for most of her life has given Cristy Holt extensive knowledge of the region. She uses that knowledge as a much needed tool to give sellers a leg up on the competition and to help buyers make an informed decision. Cristy and her business partner, Kisha Linebaugh, work closely with each of their customers as a team. Linebaugh & Holt Realty stay on top of market trends to help each of their customers, whether buying or selling, get the price right. In their collective experience, knowing what to market about a property is just as important as pricing it right. Working with many buyers has given them the ability to effectively advise sellers in what buyers are looking for in their property.

As a mother of four children, Cristy is well acquainted with the school systems, neighborhoods, parks, and activities available in and around Tampa Bay. Ms. Holt is also active within the fitness community. She enjoys taking yoga and boot camp classes, and often participates in a weekly 5K run club. Being consistently sensitive to what each of her customers need has granted Cristy the opportunity to work with a wide range of clientele. Her willingness to provide the full perspective on any given property has helped investors buy and sell in the booming Tampa Bay market. In addition Ms. Holt has had the honor of assisting military and medical personnel relocate to and from the Bay area. Mindful of the challenges of the several cross country moves she has made, Cristy thinks ahead for customers who are relocating. A teacher at heart, she genuinely enjoys educating and guiding the first time buyers and sellers she works with.
