Crystal Burnett

A Delaware native and local professional, Crystal Burnett is an experienced luxury realtor serving the Delaware, Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania markets. Crystal began her career in real estate in 2018 with luxury home builder, Toll Brothers. During her time working in the sales office, she learned the very detailed process that is involved with selling and building luxury homes. Since transitioning to a full time career as a real estate agent, Crystal has been afforded the opportunity to utilize her professional expertise and captivating personality to create meaningful relationships and educate her clients in all phases of the home buying and selling process. Prior to her real estate career, Crystal was a marketing professional with world renowned sport marketing agency, Octagon where she has worked with numerous brands such as BMW, Harmon Kardon, JBL, and TBT.

As a lover of art and a creative herself, Crystal naturally uses her artistic background to make her real estate career not only enjoyable, but also stand out from other professionals. Crystal takes great pride in her career and is constantly educating herself on the market and her areas of expertise. Over the course of her career thus far, Crystal has earned various designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). While serving many families and earning these designations, Crystal proudly earned a Platinum spot in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Chariman’s Circle, thus ranking her in the top 1% of the network.

When not out in the field, Crystal is often found in a dance studio, a gym, or somewhere appreciating art. She loves the beach and traveling to new places where she can meet new people and learn their stories. Crystal is a graduate of the illustrious Hampton University where she was Public Relations major, Sport Management Minor, and she is also an active member of her beloved sisterhood, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Crystal aspires to continue building her real estate career and helping more families achieve their real estate dreams and goals.
