Crystal Cooper

Crystal Cooper started personally investing in real estate in 2011. Crystal buys a distressed property, designs its remodel, oversees the work, and then resells it. She became a licensed agent in 2018, assisting investors and clients looking to buy/sell primary homes and commercial properties. She watches market trends closely and is very tuned into the area. Her marketing background and active local knowledge combined with a focus on customer service create a stress-free transaction for clients.

As a native Floridian and Cocoa Beach resident for over 30 years, Crystal loves where she lives. The community is especially important to her. In 2014, Crystal started the Salty Sweet Women’s Pro/Am Surf Contest. The annual professional and amateur surfing event highlights women surfers, both young amateurs, and seasoned professionals.
