As a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Crystal has had the unique opportunity to experience the growth and development of the Queen City over the years and has been lucky enough to call some of Charlotte’s most popular areas home. After growing up in the Mountain Island Lake area, she attended Appalachian State University (Go ‘Neers!) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Since returning to Charlotte, Crystal has called Uptown, Cornelius, Davidson, Chantilly, and Huntersville home.

Having spent time living and working across the Charlotte region allows Crystal to couple her local knowledge with her passion for real estate to provide a customer experience that goes beyond transaction management. Since starting her real estate career in 2010, Crystal has become an annual multimillion-dollar producer and won various awards for her dedication to being a proactive and trusted real estate advisor for her customers. She understands that navigating the real estate process is not easy and that’s why she is committed to working alongside her customers to provide valuable insight and resources during the transaction and beyond.

In addition to being a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, Crystal also invests in continuing education and has obtained her Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation and is a Strategic Pricing Specialist.

Outside of her full-time career in real estate, she is actively involved as the president of the Lake Norman Appalachian State University Alumni Chapter. She loves supporting local businesses from breweries and restaurants to boutiques. When she’s not working with her customers, you can catch Crystal getting in a workout at her local Burn Boot Camp, grabbing brunch at one of the hot spots around town, or spending time with her husband Brian, son Bryson and their fur baby, Champ.
