Crystal is a native Texan who grew up in Corpus Christi, TX and moved to the Hill Country to attend Texas State University. She later received her Bachelor of Science in Management and Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Crystal went on to serve as a director and administrator in the healthcare industry for ten years. After the birth of her son Cason, she decided to pursue a career with greater flexibility so she could spend more time with her family.

The Crystal Horton Group at Keller Williams Realty recently celebrated becoming a Triple Gold Medallion winner and Crystal herself was featured in Texas Monthly in 2016 as a Rising Star Real Estate Agent. She has extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and developing a strong rapport with others. Crystal is also a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert.

Crystal lives in Austin, TX along with her husband Brian. She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and enjoying the many live music venues and restaurants of Austin. In Texas, community is more like an extended family. As such, Crystal takes great strides to support her community through hosting and sponsoring events like Backing the Blue, Shop with a Cop at Target, One Small Step Kids Walk and Fun Run, and the Amigos en Azul Golf Tournament.
