Being new to the area, I attended several open houses to get a feel for the neighborhoods where my husband and I would consider living before beginning the house hunt. When beginning our new home search, I contacted a few realtors I met during the open house visits that I liked to see if they would be interested in representing us as the buyer. Crystal was the only realtor that answered the phone, one returned my call 7 days later, and the other never returned our inquiry.

Crystal spent time with us to understand what we were looking for, our must have, areas of interest, etc. We had also been watching new listings on Realtor.com and found a house that was just listed. My husband stated, “I think this is the one!” Crystal quickly got in contact with the selling realtor and setup time for us to view the home. Crystals quick response resulted in us being the first to see the home and make an offer. If she hadn’t been so responsive the home would have slipped through our fingers as there 2 backup offers sight unseen shortly after ours was accepted.

With the housing market moving as quickly as it has been, it was essential to have an extremely attentive, quick to respond, and transparent realtor that looked out for their buyer’s best interest. Crystal was that realtor for us. Even after the transaction of purchasing our new home, Crystal has been my go-to for recommendations of services and activities in the area.

If you are looking for an attentive, engaged, responsive and knowledgeable realtor, I highly recommend Crystal.

Crystal is very sweet, knowledgeable & always ready to help with whatever you throw her way. If you leave a voicemail or text she will respond to you no matter time or day! I recommend her if your buying an existing home, vacant lot or new construction home. I’m truly glad I found her as she has been very helpful to us.

Crystal was a pleasure to work with, she replaced another real estate agent in my search for a home and the difference was night and day. Crystal had a more laid back and friendly approach, which I greatly appreciated. When the offer to purchase was made, Crystal was all business and I feel that she represented me and my interests very well.

All in all, I had a very positive experience using Crystal as my agent and would not hesitate to recommend her.

From signing the purchase agreement, to assisting us in finding a home inspector and home appraiser through to a very smooth closing in record time that went off without a hitch. We found Crystal while looking for land. We tried several times to reach the listing agent for the properties we wanted to purchase, never received a call back. We then reached out to Crystal and immediately she got things moving, contacted the sellers and in 2 weeks we closed on the properties. Crystal is very quick to respond (even on her personal time). Very informative and makes time for you even if it’s last minute. We highly recommend her to anyone. We have found our forever realtor and will not reach out to anyone other than her.
