When we relocated to Staunton from Ohio last spring, we chose Crystal to be our agent based solely on her reviews. So glad we did! She has a sweet, friendly personality yet was very professional, and knowledgeable about the market as well. She gave us great advice about the area in general and was very patient with our new home selection process. She was accommodating with her time and took us to check out every house we wanted to see. My husband and I bought a house last year and used Crystal Smith as our realtor. Crystal was so great! She was very patient as we searched for our perfect first home. She had lots of suggestions and insights as far as things to look for and other considerations. Crystal worked within our budget and made us very comfortable throughout the entire process! Did I mention that I was pregnant during this process and was probably not the easiest person to please at times, but Crystal was patient and never batted an eye. We would recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Crystal is the most patient real estate agent we have ever worked with. We were very specific in our needs and it seemed like an endless search until we found a house that suited our needs, but she did not give up on us! Ultimately, we bought a house we absolutely loved. She was so quick to respond to every text or email, that I feel too spoiled to every work with anyone else. Another thing we really admired about Crystal is her integrity and fairness. She would always point out the defects in houses we looked at, as well as other negative things an inexperienced eye would not pick up on. We appreciated being care for, not feeling pressured, being given impartial information and space to make decisions. Many agents make you feel like they are simply out to make a sale- Crystal is like going house hunting with an expert friend. Thank you Crystal for a year of work with us!

My brother and I had to travel over 300 miles to sell the home we were raised in after our dad passed away in January. Needless to say we were very stressed trying to get the house in order to sell as well as all of the items that we needed to dispose of. Crystal came to the rescue. We were able to turn everything over to her and she sold the house at the asking price within a few weeks of listing it. She also set us up with a cleaning and lawn care service. Crystal will also point out flaws, or possible problems with home that you may or may not need to address during negotiations. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about inspections and made great recommendations of contractors who assisted in evaluating possible problem areas. I first met Crystal when looking at a home of which she was the listing agent. After that showing I asked her to be my agent and I could not be happier with the results. Crystal was very flexible with my chaotic schedule and the fact that I was out of town. She communicated wonderfully, keeping in touch via email, text, and phone. While looking at other homes, I mentioned to her the things that I really wanted in a home. She was able to find me a home that had all those things and more.
