Crystal Walter

After buying her first home in the area Crystal's interest in real estate ignited. Shortly after she began her explosive career in real estate specializing in the Columbus, Fort Benning, Harris County, Phenix City, and Fort Mitchell area markets. As a focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Crystal is known for her intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Her business approach is direct and successful: she listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction. A recipient of the Columbus Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year for 2012, also earning Columbus Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence award as a Top Producer. Crystal has repeatedly gained recognition for effectively representing her clients as Military Relocation Professional MRP and a member in good standing of Columbus Board of Realtors, Phenix City MLS, and the National Association of Realtors NAR. In her free time, she spends much of her time with family. Having a daughter and son Crystal is involved in much of their activities. When Crystal is free to enjoy hobbies, her list of enjoyment would include gym classes, yoga, traveling, reading, horseback riding and enjoys the locally owned restaurants in the Columbus and surrounding area with family and friends.
