Crystal Zahedi

After a successful career at Douglas Elliman ranking top agent in her office and company-wide, as well as, receiving awards each year for top performance, Crystal Zahedi decided to join Compass for its tech-driven tools to continue serving her loyal clientele.

Passionate, driven and with a high level of perseverance, Crystal Zahedi believes her clients deserve the absolute best from her. Selling or buying a home is one’s biggest investment, and Crystal understands the trust that goes hand-in-hand with that process when her client’s hire her, therefore, she ensures to deliver top service to each and every client. Having gone through the New York City home buying and selling experience herself and having closed countless transactions over the years, Crystal is able to deliver not only expert knowledge on the market and process, but also a first-hand level of understanding that helps put her clients at ease. Always listening to her clients’ needs and being patient with them, but aggressive in deal negotiations to get the absolute best for them, is what sets Crystal apart.

Crystal continually goes beyond her clients’ expectations to help them achieve their goals. Her “can-do” attitude paired with her enthusiasm for helping others is her signature style and what gives her clients’ the peace of mind they yearn for. Always transparent and putting her client’s best interest above all else in every deal. Nothing gives Crystal more joy than successfully and smoothly getting a client to the closing table and having a lifetime friendship with them for years to come. Much of Crystal’s business is repeated clients and referrals, which she takes immense pride in that, knowing so many continue to put their trust in her.

Crystal currently resides in Financial District with her Maltese dog, Lolita, and has been a New Yorker since 2005. Originally from Boston, Crystal graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Business, and afterwards came to New York City to study at the prestigious Parsons School of Design where she gained an Associate’s degree in Fashion Design in 2006. While her love today is in real estate, having background education in psychology and working in the fashion design industry for years prior, has helped a lot in her business by being able to authentically connect with people and envision the potential in homes to get them sold faster and for top dollar. On her downtime, Crystal enjoys time at the gym, going to the latest restaurant openings, and getaways to her second home in Miami.
