Csilla Crouch

As a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway California Properties, Csilla specializes in North County Coastal properties, with an emphasis on Del Mar's Beach Colony and Village properties. Having lived in Del Mar since 1976, it's been a great privilege selling the lifestyle and the fabulous homes that this vibrant community has to offer. Csilla attended all the local schools…Del Mar Shores Elementary, Earl Warren Middle and Torrey Pines High School…and she then obtained her undergraduate degree from Revelle College at UCSD. Shortly thereafter, Csilla had the excellent good fortune of being offered the opportunity to apprentice with one of Del Mar's Real Estate legends, Adele Charnholm. Csilla quickly knew that Real Estate was meant for her.

Csilla’s exceptional people skills have enabled her to effectively negotiate with my colleagues on behalf of her clients, with her focus always being on what's best for her client. As a result, Csilla has developed countless meaningful and valuable working relationships and friendships over the years. She also prides herself on staying current with 'all things real estate,' and she’s able to provide her clients accurate information so that they can make informed decisions on what is likely to be their greatest financial investment. She picks up skills quickly, apply them successfully, and takes pride in focusing on the details. Csilla emphasis is on quality, not quantity. She is an efficient communicator, speaking three languages fluently, and she’s able to inspire confidence in her clients.

When not immersed in Real Estate, Csilla enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 3 dogs, partaking in the many amazing activities that San Diego County has to offer. Cars being her other passion, she enjoys regular backcountry driving tours with the PCA.
