Having produced over 300 hours of prime time television, Curt brings the same imagination and work ethic to his real estate business to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Leveraging his vast network of relationships in entertainment and real estate, Curt has built an impressive client list of former colleagues and sophisticated buyers and sellers.

His career began 25 years ago with the William Morris Agency, which laid the foundation for a successful rise in the entertainment business, including producing hit shows for top networks such as Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares and Nanny 911. While his day to day as a producer was creating programming, his real passion was real estate: buying, developing and selling properties for profit. Those interests and a desire for a deeper knowledge of the property business led to a complete transition to real estate in 2013.

Curt is a member of the Beverly Hills Rotary and regularly leads fundraising events for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. His hobbies include mountain biking, music, and norse mythology.

He currently lives in Brentwood with his wife, Olga Lorencin, and his daughter Mila.
