Curt was so helpful as I was trying to sell my house in Duluth and purchase a condo in Stillwater. He reviewed the condo association information to make sure it was financially sound and operating properly. The home inspector he used was excellent, too. I'm sure I'll be contacting him in the future for any real estate needs.

My wife & I have used Curt's services to buy 2 homes & sell 1. Curt does great market research to make sure you get the best price when selling. He was also vary accommodating of our schedule when looking at new homes & made the whole process vary easy.
