Curtis Walz

Curtis was born and raised in a small town on the Canadian prairies. After years of battling frigid Saskatchewan winters, he decided he was ready to move south to North County San Diego, where he has lived for almost 20 years. In this time, Curtis has become very familiar with the schools, neighborhoods, and recreation facilities of the areas he serves: Encinitas, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Vista, and Oceanside.

As an investment property manager, Curtis has been involved with real estate for over 10 years and has worked as an agent for five. He specializes in first-time home buyers, traditional sales, and helping clients who are interested in finding their own investment properties.
