06/18/2015 - agoings20 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Myrtle Beach, SC. Cynthia Chestnut is very good at what she does and my husband and I really enjoyed working with her. We felt like she really cared about helping us find our dream home in the right area for us and all 6 of our kids. We gave her a list of wants and needs and within hours she was giving us homes to look at and had us on the property the next day to look in person. We had a very short time limit and she made it happen for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Myrtle Beach area. Thank you so much Cyndi for all that you done and getting us in a home so fast.

05/30/2015 - marissa Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2015 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Cyndi is a real go getter. She was the second agent we worked with in a month. The first agent we had gave up after a deal feel through. Cyndi never gave up. She knew what we had to work with and what our deal breakers were. She took the knowledge and showed us several properties until she found us the perfect house, which only took about a week. She was always in contact with us, so we always knew what was going on. I would recommend Cyndi to anyone looking to purchase a home. I'm so glad we were able to find her. We intend on keeping in contact with her and look forward to inviting Cyndi to our first official cookout at our new house. You will never find anyone else like Cyndi. She's the best.

Dear Cyndi, I just had to write to tell you how pleased and grateful I am for your help in finding my new home. Moving to a new area can be daunting, but you just made everything much simpler. You really know the area, the different neighborhoods and what they offer. Your Street Smarts house-wise made all the difference in my finding the perfect house for me and not making a big mistake. I never would have noticed the things you pointed out as potential problems, such as big over grown trees. That translates to $$$$ It was like having my best friend guiding me. Cyndi has been wonderful to work with! We came to Myrtle Beach looking for a specific type of property and couldn't find it after three years of looking with another broker. We decided to try again with Cyndi and she showed us the property of our dreams - unfortunately, the lot wasn't for sale! Cyndi approached the owner and asked them if they wanted to sell their lot - turns out that they were willing! Cyndi then negotiated a great deal with a local builder, and we are now officially living our dream! Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Surfside Beach, SC. It was great working with Cyndi. Cyndi found us a great house in a perfect location and negotiated a great price with many extras. Her expertise in realty and knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area was wonderful in helping us find the house and location we needed. Also when our mortgage company made numerous mistakes and it looked like we would not close on time and at the promised interest rate Cyndi stepped in and corrected everything.
