Cyndi was awesome! I had many requirements in a home and even more questions once the purchase process began. She was always patient with me and available to address my concerns. Cyndi goes above and beyond so you feel like you’re more that a client, but a friend. I don’t think this process would have been as easy without her. She was also eager to request more of the seller and push the limits so I got the best deal possible. I could never thank her enough for changing ours lives by assisting me achieve my home ownership goals!!!

Cyndi represented my parents in buying a home. They placed a deposit for a new construction but due to unforeseen circumstances had to rescind the offer and the builder did not want to return the deposit. Cyndi being very knowledgeable worked diligently to get the money returned to my parents. Above all, she was respectful and treated my parents as if they were her parents. I highly recommend Cyndi for those seeking to work with a realtor who is trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable and responsive.

Cyndi was great to deal with very knowledgeable and always on time. I was a first time buyer and Cyndi made the the whole process a breeze it took a few months to find what I was looking for but she never tired of search. She is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I have bought and sold homes in FL, GA, MN, SC, NJ and PA! I have had good realtors and bad BUT Cyndi is without a doubt the best!!!!! With attention to details in photographing, video and using a drone to highlight the best features of our home, she had our house on the market and an offer in less than a month!!! That’s with two other home on the market in our neighborhood! What more can you say with results like that! She also sold my mother’s home in less than a month! Selling a home, where memories are made is very stressful and filled with many challenges. She kept her cool and kept me sane when those challenges emerged. She fought for us for every dollar and gave great advice when I know of some other agents who would have let me swing in the wind alone. I have experienced first hand realtors who look at you and see dollar signs! Cyndi definitely works her tail off and not for the dollars she definitely earns but from the genuine love of her clients. From helping me pack, clean and declutter to make the home shine for the next buyer she went above and beyond the role of an agent. What agent actually helps you pack and clean! She even found buyers for the furniture I could not take with us! I have moved, sold and bought homes several time and I’ve had good and bad realtors BUT I’ve never had one where I felt she was really NOT an agent but your family!!!!
