Cynthia Chubb

Cynthia has been a real estate agent since 2005 and is licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is a committed Realtor who blends analytic talents and innovative marketing techniques to educate her clients through the home buying and selling process. Cynthia leverages superior project management skills and an expansive professional network developed via biotech industry tenures and while volunteering on behalf of several area philanthropies.
Cynthia holds a degree in Biochemistry from San Diego State University and spent 14 years as a scientist and project manager in the biotech industry. She is also the co-founder of Signature Sitters LLC, a local babysitting staffing agency. Her years of experience in customer relations combined with her compassion for people and her knowledge of the local real estate market, make her a strong asset to anyone embarking into the current buying/selling market.
In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and two children, Hunter and Sophia as well as staying active in the community. Among other volunteer activities, she has most recently served as Co-Chair for the Delaware Children's Museum's First Anniversary Gala, serves on the Christ Church Episcopal Preschool's Board of Trustees and is the President of the CCEP Parent Association.
