Cindy proved to be a professional from our initial meeting to the closing on our home. Selling a home after being there for over 20 years is an emotional process. Cindy walked us through every step. She effectively listening to our concerns and answering every question. From setting the price, to staging our home, to effective marketing Cindy positioned us for success. Ultimately her value is in the result - there she exceeded in all aspects. We sold in 1 day, receiving 6 offers, and settled over asking price.
