Rather than being "pushy salespeople," they like to take a more consultative approach and do their best to make sure that, as their client, you are educated on the process so you can make an informed decision. To ensure they give you the best guidance, they continue furthering their real estate education. They have their Accredited Buyer Rep (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. They also both hold the title of GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute. The GRI is comparable to an accountant getting their CPA designation. Interested to know a little more about them? They are Florida natives and have lived in this area since 1999. They have four great kids (two girls and two boys) and one granddaughter - their pride and joy! They are proud to say that both of their daughters are serving in the US Navy and Bill is a veteran, having served in the US Coast Guard! They love the outdoors, and when they aren't working, they look forward to finding time to hike, camp (they've even been known to camp in the snow), bicycle, and get on the water by kayak or boat. They have plenty of opportunities for all those things in this area and will be happy to share their favorites with you.
