For over 30 years, Cindy has represented both buyers and sellers as a residential Realtor—first in her native Ohio and for the past 20 years on Chicago’s North Shore. She is proactive, knowledgeable, and fully committed to each and every client she represents.

Cindy understands that buying a home is a major financial investment. To help her clients make informed decisions, she believes agents must be informed themselves. To stay ahead of the ever-changing inventory, Cindy previews homes daily as new listings hit the market. This allows her to compare not just room counts and pricing, but also condition, improvements, location, and the overall feel—those intangibles you can’t read on a listing sheet. She also attends classes regularly, participates in conferences, and continues to learn something new every day to stay sharp and current with market trends.

When her clients are ready to make an offer, Cindy thoroughly researches comparable homes and other relevant data to ensure they feel confident in their offering price. She applies the same meticulous approach when preparing for listing presentations, pointing out both positives and potential resale concerns to help sellers make informed decisions.

Having purchased and lived in three homes in Northfield and one in Winnetka over the past 20 years, Cindy knows her market areas intimately. Each town, community, and village has its own unique character—its schools, amenities, size, and price points. She has listed and sold homes from Lakeview to Gurnee and as far west as Schaumburg. While she goes wherever her clients lead her, the North Shore and its border communities remain her primary focus.

Cindy’s warm, laid-back personality and easy smile create a welcoming experience, but don’t let that fool you—she is a fierce advocate for her clients. With years of real estate experience and training as a non-practicing attorney, she is a strong negotiator, proactive problem solver, and always accessible. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness and dedication.

Cindy earned her BA in English with honors from Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. She is a proud mother of two adult children—both New Trier graduates—and a grandmother of two. She serves as a board member of PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) and is an active advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. She is also a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

In her personal time, Cindy enjoys reading, writing, playing bridge, solving puzzles, spending time with animals, and advocating for the environment.
