Miss Cynthia is absolutely amazing!!! As a truck driver, I work all hours of the day and night. I would message her at 5:30am expecting g to hear back in a few hrs and would get a response in a few minutes. I would message her well past working hours (WELLLLL PAST) expecting to hear back the next morning and I would get a response within a few minutes. I asked about a half a million questions about every type of loan, every type of property, about the current housing market vs typical market. I asked questions about areas, and builders and virtually every facet I could think of regarding buying or building a house, and I seriously don’t think I ever stumped her. The woman is a real estate Czar!!! And most of her answers came with great stories of people she has encountered in her long career. She has such a pleasant way about her which really helps her not come off stuffy or as a know-it-all.

Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge, but she truly seems to understand people, and she has a finely tuned ear to hear through what people are saying to hear what they really need. After our initial conversation when we discussed what my wife and I were looking for, we quite literally spent the next two weeks solid....several times a day sending her tons of houses which bore no resemblance to the criteria we said we wanted. She never once questioned it. Not only that but she responded with the details of every one of those houses! I’m sure she knew well before we did, that we weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for (to put it mildly!) but she still had an uncanny ability to filter through all those listings and all those questions to find the things we genuinely cared about vs the things we really didn’t. She also seemed to have a subtle way of helping us to realize those differences without overtly saying it. I suspect a lot of people really like her after working with her, without ever realizing how sneaky good she is at the art steering her clients towards what they are really after. She will be very fast and even aggressive when it is required and she will work every angle she can to get you every advantage whether buying or selling a home. She consistently pointed out color changes in carpet or ceiling and mentioned things she noticed in every house we saw. She never once inserted her opinion on whether we should buy a particular home or not. She left that entirely to us. She doesn’t just do real estate as a job, or even as a profession, she is the quintessential client advocate in the real estate space.

Beyond all of this, Miss Cynthia truly has become a family friend. Our almost 5yr old daughter asks when she when she will get to see Miss Cynthia again and I do not exaggerate when I say she has a very special place in our hearts. She is one of the warmest, kindest people you will ever meet who also just so happens to be an amazing real estate agent. She truly cares about her clients and is willing to get emotionally invested to get the job done. Simply Amazing.

Cynthia has helped my husband and I with buying our first home and selling that one! If you want your house to sell quickly, call Cynthia! She gives you tips on how to present your house to make it very appealing to potential buyers! Cynthia was very responsive from sun up to sun down! She is always there to answer any questions you have! She doesn’t make you feel stupid if you don’t know certain things. She listens to what you want in a house and finds it to the best of her abilities if the market allows. She is very wise when it comes to all things real estate! She knows the safe areas, when a house is overpriced and she’s definitely a go getter! She’s aggressive in getting a good bang for your buck! I recommend Cynthia over and over again! I wish she was licensed in Georgia so we could use her here!! If we are ever back in SC or NC we will definitely call her!

Cynthia just helped me close on my new home. She is simply the best! She is the only agent I use because she knows all of the ins and outs and she makes sure you taken care of every step of the way. Buying or selling you can’t go wrong with this wonderful lady.
