Cynthia Lazar Grossman

Cynthia is an accomplished real estate professional based in Los Angeles, California. With over 25 years of experience providing service to residential sellers and buyers, she has extensive experience as a principal in commercial ventures, as well. Her love of and respect for the real estate industry was instilled at a young age as she watched her father navigate the complex world of development. Over the past forty years, she has been able to embrace all aspects of project development from idea to completion.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Cynthia spent many years representing commercial photographers for advertising, entertainment, and editorial assignments. But she was never far from the family business complex negotiations and contract development is her forte. Cynthia is a leading contributor to her community. She is President of the Braemar Women's Tennis Club and an avid recreational player, always bringing her fun and competitive personality on and off the court.

Leading a joy-filled life and collaborating with others has contributed to a successful personal/professional balance for Cynthia.
