Realtors are like vegans, everyone knows one. As such, no one has ever asked me for a realtor recommendation. I’m going to tell you that is a huge mistake. Cynthia helped me purchase my house in Denver in 2016. I am a rare millennial in the fact that I only had to experience the heart break of my bid not being chosen once before I was under contract and successfully became a homeowner. A lot of my friends like to credit this to luck and while I’m sure there was some of that , I truly believe most of it was due to Cynthia. Even though times are harder now then they were 6 years ago, it was still unheard of to only offer 5k above asking and get your bid selected then. Morale of the story: unlike popular belief, not all realtors are created equally. So maybe before you hire your best friend from high school who just got their realtors license, don’t and hire Cynthia instead so you don’t end up in a deep depression and eventually settle for somewhere other than here.

I was nervous selling my father's condominium since I lived in a different state from the property. However, Cynthia Lowry did an excellent job, and coached us step by step. She hosted open houses and also took care of repairs through the HOA. An online lender delayed the sale and created extra complications, but Cynthia continued to look out for our interests and communicated through email, texts and phone calls. She is personal and professional. I'm thankful she was our broker and covered all the bases for us. I highly recommend her.
