Where do I even begin to talk about the BEST REALTOR ever! My husband and I went through a whirlwind with the first realtor we were working with. Two words: CYNTHIA MORENO!! It doesn’t get any better than her. We were first time homebuyers and although that experience was intimidating, Cynthia always made us feel confident and secure. Aside from being extremely professional. She is passionate, patient, and positive. A real triple threat!! She always kept us informed and really fought hard for us! We were so blessed to have gone through, what could have been a really nerve wrecking experience (especially in this current market), with Cynthia! My husband and I were really nervous buying our first home but after speaking with Cynthia she made it super comfortable and the process was really easy. CYNTHIA MORENO! She’s the absolute best and I can’t say enough positive words about her. To sum things up, if there’s a realtor that can close a deal during a pandemic and make you feel extremely comfortable and positive throughout your purchase SHES YOUR GAL! Cynthia truly invested so much time and energy into everything we were looking for. She fought tough, gave us great advise to make us better buyers! She got us a food amount in sellers credit and under list price which is RARE these days!
