Cyril is an amazing landlord, he treats his tenants as if we are family. He is attentive when it comes to maintaining his property. If anything requires service, he does not hesitate to get the repairs resolved in a timely manner. I have no intentions of renting from anyone else anytime soon. Thank you for taking care of my family and making renting so easy!

My name is Cornelius and I have been a client / tenant of Cyril for 3 years.  We haven’t experienced any major issues in the time I have been renting from Mr. Cyril Aquino.  Any small issues we have over the years Cyril have done his best to solve the problem in a very timely manner.  In short my experience with Cyril as client / tenant has been great I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our Agent Cyril helped me and my husband get our first house. Cyril did not take no for an answer when we thought that we were down and out – he found a way. Over the course that he worked with us - he found us this gorgeous 3 bedroom 1 ½ bath fenced in backyard in a very nice neighborhood – first it was out of our price range. Cyril then went to work and he negotiated with the sellers – Cyril got us our first house with payments that we can afford. I would gladly give Cyril 5 stars rating
