Danuzia Czarina Knightingale is a New York City based Real Estate Professional with starseed power, and the gift of intuition intertwined with a wide perspective of being on point to statistics, trends, and forecasts.
From an early age, calling New York City the home of her future, Czarina was influenced by the frequent visits with family imbued by the culture of the arts, dance, theatre, opera, and inspired by the architecture meeting at the skyline with the array of colorful bright lights, and the energy of life!
Czarina’s prowess in real estate was established by responsibilities working in and managing her family's commercial and residential rental properties. Success was rooted from a work ethic of virtues and values through genuine authenticity, integrity, and alignment in communication.
With a natural flair and an eye for design and styling, she launched her higher education at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, then graduating from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. As a visionary, her refined skills and craftsmanship in woman's wear and menswear allowed the couture clothing to come alive invoking a feeling of fabulous-ness when worn! Her talents were recognized through several design awards. Czarina’s attention to detail in process from start-to-finish served her many demanding clientele under her own made-to-measure label Haberdashery for Gentlepeople®. Her professional design career spanned over 20 years working behind the scenes with high end luxury fashion designers prior to helping launch other brands and businesses.
Czarina’s way into helping people feel good about themselves has been a core meaningful theme in her life. She expanded her entrepreneurial and sales expertise into helping people reach their personal goals through health and wellness. As a pharmaceutical account executive, Czarina was responsible for curating hospital sales in the New York City territory. She negotiated with integrity, sold responsibly, thus established a ‘formulary’ win resulting in a $133 Million contract within a six-month turnaround timeframe. Maintaining the #1 lead sales position in her district, earned her additional responsibilities as District Field Trainer for outstanding performance and team leadership initiatives. Navigating the territory landscape, strategizing custom creative solutions between thought leaders and decision makers, supercharging the way for the end user was key, as it is in her real estate deals. Asked how she did all that consistently, “understanding my client's dreams and desires with their deep and meaningful purpose for their envisioned lifestyle end result, and then being there for them daily, building relationships, strengthening their inner core belief that the unseen can be seen, and possibilities become realities, holding it all together with a golden thread of empathy.”
Growing up on the East Coast, hay fields, a wooded forest with wildlife and a trickling spring brook far into the back yard were Czarina's daily wandering places where she created small hide-a-way spaces to dream and wonder in. Loving nature, skiing and hiking seasonally in the New England mountains, and in the Swiss Alps are her get-a-way places of majestic sanctuaries. Gardening on abundant soil brings her joy, as well as contributing to the welfare of animals and wildlife. Czarina resides in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn for over 30 years.
