Six stars! Exceptional broker that goes above and beyond!! We cannot recommend Daisy and her partner Dan highly enough.

Daisy not merely stood with us, first time home buyers from Brooklyn, in a tempestuous market but managed our bidding process as if it were her own.

Throughout the process, Daisy treated us like family in helping us cope with the manifold aspects of home-buying - both large and small. Daisy was always available to answer questions and do viewings, and she provided invaluable advice in all matters.

When we found a house we loved, Daisy moved mountains to get us a mortgage provider and real estate lawyer on a Saturday night! We relied on Daisy’s recommendations for the many construction specialists needed to assess, appraise, and then restore the home we bought – without a fault each of them have been true professionals. Moreover, on many occasions, Daisy personally went out to the house to oversee, instruct and guide these professionals to ensure our best interests were always represented and top of mind.

If we were to sum up our experience with Daisy Blair as our agent - while the acquisition of your new home may challenge you, Daisy and Dan will go out of their way to take care of you and start you out with a community of true professionals. We are so thankful that we found we Daisy!

Daisy was honestly a blessing for me. First time home buyer, so naturally I was a bit overwhelmed. She helped me filter out the properties that would be a waste of my time and helped me focus on the properties that were a good fit. She did not pressure me into purchasing anything. I was even given a 7k credit at closing due to her negotiation skills. As long as she is still in real estate, she will be my first call for future sales or purchases!

Daisy is the best. I generally get pretty irritated with real estate brokers, but she was on top of everything, extremely professional, and very organized. She helped us get a GREAT deal on our dream house and sell our previous place. The new house needed a number of inspections and work done prior to purchase and she managed everything. She will not try to sell you on a house, rather she will help you find the place that fits you and you family.

Daisy was very helpful in the sale of our house, she knows what prospective buyers want and guided us in preparing our house. We were very fortunate in our experience, listed on Friday, and had a contract on Sunday that resulted in a sale. Daisy was very involved in all aspects of responding to needed inspections and followed through on our behalf as needed, she knows the people to call for any resolution that you might need, something we required as we hadn't purchased a house in 48 years, this was a whole new experience. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: We started working with Daisy back in the Spring of 2014 knowing that our actual move to Florida would not take place until sometime in mid to late 2015. During a visit in March of 2014 Daisy initially showed us a range of properties that allowed us to narrow our search down to type of home but also a more specific area. In April of 2015 when our home in Georgia sold rapidly, Daisy again met with us on a second trip to again review properties and provide more details regarding how real estate works in this part of Florida which was different from what we were accustomed to. She gave us leads on finding temporary lodging, mortgage information in this area and recommendations on closing attorneys as well. Finally, when we actually moved here, she responded very quickly to show us properties we selected as most homes are not on the market long. We were fortunate that our first choice was still available and Daisy worked quickly to convey our offer. Obviously this whole process took over a year and throughout Daisy kept us informed and was very patient in allowing the process and our situation to run its course. We are very appreciative and would most strongly recommend Daisy not only for her real estate professionalism but her pleasant and helpful demeanor as well. She made our move from Georgia to Florida much less stressful.
