My wife and I have really enjoyed few months of the journey with Team Dale Chun while we sold our previous house and purchased a new happy house. Recommend this team as your real estate agent following reasons.

First, the team are very good listeners. They always listen what we want and try to guide based on not only market moves but also what clients like for their happy life. Dale said real estate journey is also a part of life so you should be happy with this journey. The team always listen to what we like for our life and how we enjoy. Then guide us how real estate strategy can add value to our life not only for economical reason but also for quality of life.

Second, the team are very responsive and transparent. Whenever we bring any kind of questions regarding the real estate, they response very quickly. More importantly, when they need to say, they convey the bad news earlier than late. We know many people keep saying positive to satisfy their clients until the bad things happen. The team are always transparent and prepare us before something happen.

Third, the team are very knowledgeable. I really like when we discuss many topics regarding home from the small real estate terms to the house renovation issues. I learned so many things for last few months and upgrade me to have the better view of market and house renovation.

Last but not least, they are really friendly. When you work with team Dale Chun. You will enjoy their teamwork, humor and happy energy.

They listen to your need and desires and put the plans in place. In my experience as a buyer, they were never (even once) pushy or aggressive with our decision process. I cannot thank Dale and his team enough for finding my husband and I a new home. Their team consists of 3 members who are very knowledgeable and experienced in each of their fields. Upon first meeting them, they were friendly and professional. Throughout the process of searching for a new home, they were patient with us and really took the time to learn and care for our wants/likes/dislikes. Once we got into escrow, the team guided us smoothly through the process each step of the way. Even after closing, their team made sure to help us get all the renos and updates needed to turn the house into our home. We worked with Mr. Chun and team when we bought our first house so when that house got a little too small for our growing family, we knew who to turn to.

We love Mr. Chun, Joy and Paul for many reasons, but here are the most important reasons:

- The team has EXPERIENCE. Mr. Chun has been in the business for a long time and is extremely knowledgable. We looked to him for his advice at many critical points in the buying and selling. Joy and Paul are also very knowledgable. It was a real comfort knowing that we were not only in one pair of capable hands, but three.

- The team WORKS HARD to help you find your dream home. We had a collection of requirements that, in hindsight, seemed almost impossible to meet given the market conditions at the time. Nevertheless, the team worked tirelessly with us, never giving up on us for the better part of 6 months until we finally found our new home. Throughout the process, we never felt as though their resolve wavered to help us find our impossible home. Instead, they tirelessly helped us arrange open houses, place bids and also sell our old house. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hiccup-free.

- The team is HONEST and TRANSPARENT about the process. While the team did end up finding a house that met our requirements, they were realistic about the prospects and tempered our expectations. Also, during the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home, the team were very open to answering any questions/concerns we had and always provided justifications and data to back up their decisions. As such, we always felt confident that they were working in our best interests.

- The team ACTUALLY CARES! In the end, they are a great team and they are easy to work with because they care for your family and want to help you find the place that will make your family happy. The day that Joy called to tell us that our bid got accepted, I could hear the happiness in her voice. She was genuinely ecstatic for us. It almost felt like their team became part of our family. A month after we had settled in, our son even mentioned how he missed Aunty Joy and Grandpa Dale.

I know that there are alot of realtors out there, but I can't recommend Team Dale Chun enough!

Joy and her team was the best thing that happened to us during our long home search. If you are looking for a realtor who’s willing to go above and beyond, with a personal touch, look no further. My husband and I were on the market for over a year, and having gone through the process of getting our bids rejected several times, we were feeling pretty burnt out by the time we started working with them. Once we got the process started with Joy, we were able to buy our dream home within a week!! One of the things that impressed us the most with Joy and her team is their communication skills and unlimited patience as they walked us through unfamiliar territory at all hours of the day. We officially closed our house a few weeks ago, but Joy has made it clear that the door is still open as she helps us navigate homeownership. We are so happy with our experience with Joy that we are currently working on selling our old home with her and her team. So grateful to Joy, Dale, and Paul for their unlimited patience and guidance.

Dale and his team have been my parents' go to realtor agent for over 30 years now for a reason. You can feel at ease knowing that his team will find the property of your dreams at a reasonable price tag. When we recently reached out to his team about potential listings, they were able to find the perfect location while working tirelessly to ensure we received the best deal. They walked us through the escrow process step by step so we understood exactly what was happening, taking the time to explain in further detail every time we had any questions. They are always quick to respond, even if you have to reach out at odd hours.
They have continued to help us after we've closed on our property by putting us in contact with trusted contractors who were personable, worked efficiently, and produced the results we wanted at prices rarely found in the Bay Area.
