Dale also provided status updates on houses I had seen and liked (other offers, short sale info status, taken off market, etc.) while continually checking the market for other available houses in the area and price range I was interested in. When my husband arrived, we were able to put an offer on the one we both liked the very first time we were out together. We both felt confident we knew what else was out there, that the price of the house we wanted was reasonable and that we would be moving to a safe, quiet neighborhood with just the amenities we were looking for. A great house buying experience from our perspective, even in the shakey market which had been making realtors and lenders crazy!

During the process of finding my ideal home, I changed my mind from a house to a condo and the house was almost coming to a final contract. Dale did not even mention about it and went on with me to find a proper home for me. As Dale have a engineering background, he would always give you excellent suggestions not only on the good aspect of the property, but also let you know the potential problem of the property. Unlike other agents who are urgent to get the deal done and earn their own commission, Dale does taken excellent care of the customer. Although start working with Dale to the close of my property last more than 5 months, never a complain was heard from Dale but always super patience and awesome suggestions. The inspection company that Dale recommend is also a very professional one, who inspect almost every corner of the property and let you know where needs to be fixed so that you can be sure that the property is a good deal. Over all, I would highly recommend Dale to my friends and give him a Six Star out of Five (if I can). Excellent agent who believe helping the customer an ideal home is his final target.
