Dale is an EXCEPTIONAL professional, realtor and person. You should without doubt select him to represent you in your Real Estate needs. Here's why:

He led me to the path I needed to renovate and sell my home in DC. I wasn't sure how I'd be able to financially make the renovations happen and he brought me the tools to the make the right decision.

He handled EVERYTHING! I live across country and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to step back and trust everything was taken care of and it was because of Dale.

We closed on the house a week or so ago, and Dale is STILL working behind the scenes ensuring quality control with some hiccups we had with the contracts. Again, it is all being solved because of Dale's work and attention to detail.

If you want to be taken care of and work with someone you can trust and who will work until everything is properly completed, work with Dale!

SOLD! Don't let Dale's calm, low-key demeanor fool you - he is the consummate professional. He remained focused and available to me as the seller. When a contract fell through, he had an almost identical offer a week later. In this weakening condo market, his success was greatly appreciated.
