Dale Moody is extremely professional and knowledgeable about real estate in all neighborhoods of Raleigh. He helped my wife and me find the perfect home in a great neighborhood of North Raleigh for our young family to move from Washington, DC back to my hometown. He also helped us negotiate our purchase under listing price in a tough sellers’ market. Dale was flexible with our schedule as we currently live 4 hours away, punctual to all showings and meetings, and extremely diligent when it comes to drafting contracts and negotiating a sale to meet everyone’s needs. Dale is respectful and fun to spend time with, and we could not recommend him or Cornerstone Properties more highly. He also has great connections and recommendations for contractors to help with projects like painting and flooring. If you are moving to Raleigh, or within Raleigh, work with Dale.
