Dale Simpson

Dale Simpson's family settled on a homestead in this beautiful Mendocino Coast area in 1881. Along with his wife, Linda, he is another fourth generation resident who has gained a special appreciation of the coastal and inland areas and developed a close connection with the wonderful people who live here. Before working full time in Real Estate, Dale worked 38 years as a well- known builder and fine woodworker. The discipline of those professions gave him special attention to detail and has proven to be a valuable resource for his Real Estate clients.

Dale enjoys giving back to the community. He is a Rotarian and served as president of Fort Bragg Rotary 2015-2016, past Board Member for Fort Bragg Community Credit Union, Mendo Lake Credit Union and Community First Credit Union, Mendocino Coast Recreation and Park District, Coastal Mendocino Association of Realtors to name a few. Dale enjoys working with his wife, Linda, as they share not only an office but mutual skills that complement each other offering an additional bonus to their clients.
