Dale Smith

Dale graduated from University of Detroit with a Degree in Business admin with minors in Accounting. & Economics. He has prior ownership in 7 plants and 500 employees Automotive Tooling & Manufacturing. Dale became a Full time Gaylord Resident in 1972 & received his Real Estate licensed in 1973. He is a broker owner with consistent top sales. He co-founded Water Wonderland Board MLS, developed (3) Industrial Parks, partnered Wal-Mart Plaza (Edelweiss Village) and Shoppes on Main. Dale currently owns Dale J. Smith Rentals, property management. He is well versed and experienced in all phases of Real Estate. He's been putting his personal touch on real estate for over 45 years.
