Born and raised in Saratoga, California, Dale earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from San Jose State University and worked as an engineer, consultant, and manager in a variety of bay area tech companies, including Cisco and Nokia. After encouragement from a friend and real estate agent, Dale transitioned his career to real estate. Having experienced his own less-than-ideal first home purchase, he embarked on his newfound role, vowing to always look out for his clients.
A licensed Realtor® since 2004, Dale’s engineering background still serves as a tremendous asset in his real estate career. Specifically, Dale utilizes analytical tools and his talent for developing long-term strategic plans to ensure on-time project completion. His hands-on approach comes in incredibly handy when he oversees a seller’s renovation project. Dale holds memberships to several industry organizations, including the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and Top Agent Network, and he is an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey Solutions. Before he and his business partner, Helen Gardin, established Pulse Real Estate, they had been the No. 1 real estate team at their previous brokerage for several years.
A San Jose resident with his wife and three children, Dale believes in giving back to the community. He has volunteered with Second Harvest Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity, and he supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation for many years through participation in their annual softball tournament.
