Dale Williamson has been licensed in Idaho for 35 years. In addition, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, which eventually lead to receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Kansas. Dale has held the highest level of real estate licensing (Associate or Designated Broker) since 1987 and has personally represented Buyers and Sellers with tens of millions of dollars in transactions. During his career, Dale owned one of the largest Realty Executives franchises in the state of Idaho. Dale is also certified to teach the pre-licensing class for new Idaho real estate agents. When Dale was first asked to teach at Pioneer Real Estate School he had hesitations because of how much time it would take from other things, yet his time teaching new agents became one of his fondest memories. He said, I have a lot of experience to illustrate the principles I am teaching and the students appreciated it. When Dale is working with his clients, there is little that can stand in his way. He believes that success is a direct result of the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream. This is especially true when it comes to real estate. Winners must have two things: definite goals or dreams, and a burning desire to achieve them. Dale is the realtor that helped me find my first home! I have him my house criteria, price range geographical preferences and let him take it from there. I was a bit picky and it took a several weeks to find homes that met my criteria. In the end Dale showed me two homes and I bought one. When it as time to let me know what was going on with a loan process that was probably not going to allow me to go to closing he gave me some options that he had already researched.
