Dalia is an amazing realtor! As first time homebuyers our experience was great. Dalia made us feel comfortable right away. She made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. She's very knowledgeable and treats you like family. Thanks to Dalia, I'm living in a new home that I love!

She truly heard and responded to my specific list of wants and needs, and once a property was selected, her extensive experience was key to negotiating the nitty-gritty contract and contingencies.

Dalia also has a valuable resource — her network. When I had yet to find a real estate lawyer, she provided several leads to research.

In addition to the professional support, I found emotional energy support. Dalia simply radiates calm confidence that was a wonderful counterbalance to my nervous excitement and that kept me grounded during those expected, but stressful moments!

I cannot recommend Dalia highly enough. She recently helped us sell our condo and truly went above and beyond. She assisted with finding contractors to do some fix up work before we listed and closely followed our sale process throughout. Of all the people who were a part of our Team when finding a home, Dalia was by far the star.

She made sure that, not only her stuff was in order, but that the lender, lawyer and we were doing what we were supposed to be doing and kept us all up to date.

Even after closing, she would tell us about furniture sales and where we could find inexpensive furniture.

The estimates that she would send us for homes were spot on with what an appraisal would bring up.
